The Genesys brand got a full refresh, including creative direction, brand message and look and feel. Handwritten type and illustration elements, and a conversational, empathetic tone were incorporated to highlight the company’s people-first approach.

The brand campaign shows how Genesys cloud contact center software provides the technology behind the best customer experiences – bringing people and things together that were meant to be together. A new tagline brings the message home. We’re behind every customer smile.
