Genesys CX Heroes
The Genesys CX Heroes program celebrates customer service agents and volunteers who go above and beyond to help people. With these films, we wanted to tell the stories of those who are truly making a difference.
The films were shown at key customer events in the US and Europe with the agents in attendance. Kate received a standing ovation, and Ingrid’s customer surprised her by showing up for a heartfelt on-stage thank you.
Kate Kuehn is a responder for Crisis Services Canada. She provides support for individuals in distress, crisis or those who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. Her powerful story demonstrates the importance of empathy and human connection.
Ingrid Skjærseth is a service manager for Ving, a Norway-based travel company. Ingrid pushed for an airline to change their policy so her disabled customer could travel.
